Software Design Engineer Job Description

Is there a job that fits this description exactly, or very close to them?

ok so I like computers and good with computers and a fast learner when it comes to a computer, but I looked at 2 jobs that I think is what the job of lookin at but not sure a software engineer and computer scientists. but I 'm not sure if they ones.so I wonder what really the task of computer design.

I think they are really close. especially computer engineer.
